The police officer put some drugs in a man’s pocket to n charge him with drugs.

Another act that can be termed as a police misconduct is in the case of Walter Scott case. The police here was involved with both planting evidence and also brutality. The case involved both expert attorneys in police brutality, experts in civil rights and planted evidence to get other rot of the matter. The police was charged and sentenced to twenty years imprisonment. Although the police can be accused of misconduct; there are some cases where they increase the misconduct in handling the misconduct case thus no justice.
